Company History


PAQ International Holdings Ltd. was incorporated in November 2007. Beginning in 2008, it directly holds PAQ Manufacturing which was incorporated in Hong Kong in June 1996. PAQ Manufacturing, founded in 1996, was began by establishing a low cost manufacturing platform for OEM products and has since developed higher-margin, branded lifestyle products with distribution in over 25 countries. In 2002, it has started promoting the PAQ brand name.  The PAQ Group’s principle operating subsidiary is based at its manufacturing facility in the Special Economic Zone in Shenzhen, PRC, which offers special tax incentives, relative independence in international trade and provincial-level authority on economic administration to foreign and local companies.

The PAQ Group is a design group and vertically integrated manufacturer of branded and OEM “softwear” for electronic products and accessories, with products such as: laptop bags, camera bags, mobile pouches, accessories’ pouches, trolleys, etc.  The Group is involved in the manufacture and sale of “softwear” products based in China, with its headquarter in Hong Kong and manufacturing facility in the Special Economic Zone in Shenzhen, PRC.Currently, the Group involves in the sale of two basic product groups: PAQ branded products, and PAQ OEM branded products.  In addition to price competitiveness, the Group has been able to grow its business line through its economies of scale, shortened lead-time and superior quality.  While the Group has an established distribution network in over 25 countries globally, it has repositioned itself from being a manufacturer on behalf of other OEMs to become a producer of its own branded products.  Brand building is one of the key business strategies of the Group.PAQ believes with a strong internal product development team, the maturity of its brand, and the accumulated experiences will be able to strengthen our business distribution network.  We will continue to innovate on the way to enhance greater business relationships and reputation of brand building.
